VFU were very good, when my husband & I went to view two cars at their forecourt. There was no pressure put on us to purchase. We had friendly banter with Lewis and took both cars for a test drive. We left the premises to think about both cars and returned next day having made our choice. They did an MOT and we picked the car up later the following week. All paperwork was ready and had been sorted out for us. Very happy with the whole experience.

WHERE DO I BEGIN?.. I cannot fault the service with these guys, Both Ben and Louis managed to source, prepare the vehicle and deliver it within a very short time frame. The guys down at VFU went above and beyond with sorting me out, car had few issues (nothing to do with VFU) they sent it to main dealer Mercedes to have all the repairs necessary carried out and got the car back to me in full working order with 0 hassle a full tank and a crate of beers. Ben and Lewis are top tier people and did the best possible to help me and to make purchasing a car from them a great decision on my behalf. I’d recommend anything from them and if in the future they got the right stock in when I’m looking again be sure I’d check here first. Thanks

Was looking for my perfect car and found it with amazing aftercare that is hard to find these days but always on stanby for any assistance plus information needed. Had very bad experiences with lots of garages in the past with hidden problems plus dodgy aftercare but VFU i had no fault in even to this day with any of my cars or issues that they wouldn't hesitate to fix or find out what the problem how ever small it was.

Recently purchase a used car from VFU cars, I normally go to main dealers for my cars, but I must say this car was probably the cleanest car inside and outside that I have ever purchased, it was just like new. The service was also very good and the purchase price very reasonable. I would certainly recommend VFU cars if you were looking for a used car.

I purchased a Nissan NV200 from Louis and Ben. From start to finish these guys were very helpful. I was left alone to look around the van and not hassled or pressured. I asked that they get the Campbeltown and water pump done this did incur a cost to me 50/50, and they also did an oil service. I had an issue with the rear lights after collecting the van, and called them and that was sorted out with no dramas. I would recommend VFU to anyone that needs a vehicle, I would use these guys again for another vehicle when required. Thank you.

After looking for a Nissan Qashqai locally, buying from VFU Cars was easily my first choice. Competitive price and great service from Lewis who went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The car was serviced had a new mot where new rear brake pads and front tyres were fitted at their cost, also they agreed to repair and paint a small scratch i found before I bought it and I part exchanged my old car. Bought Mercedes C63 AMG from VFU cars last weekend and It was very positive experience. Car was exactly as described, no hidden unpleasant surprises, everything spot on. Ben was helpful and patient waiting a week for me to sort out finance. They offered decent price on my trade in BMW M4 and didn’t pick on details. Most importantly there was no “used cars salesman” talk, which I find very annoying. Ben was very straightforward, we had a great chat and he was a pleasure to deal with. Those guys are car guys first and salesman second which sadly doesn’t happen a lot in this business. I would definitely recommend VFU cars to anyone.

An absolute dream this company is. From the moment I first walked it everyone was very very very helpful. After coming from a terrible experience, they helped me get a new baby. I had to wait some time before giving a review due to previous experience that had traumatised me. However, I can say that these guys work hard and actually enjoy what they are doing and are serving themselves proud. Have recomended VFU to my friends as a great place to go as well as for anyone reading this I HIGHLY recommend. The guys at VFU were really friendly and easy to deal with. However, most car sales will tick that box. The essential part of buying a car is whether you trust the person your are buying from. In the case of VFU I've had no reason to doubt their honesty. I recently purchased a great mini from them and feel confident with the service I received and the purchase I made. As bad luck would have it, the car developed a fault within 20 minutes of me driving it away. VFU eagerly sorted this for me and I have had the car now for 3 weeks, and all is well. The car comes with a 3 month warranty which I'm confident will cover any mishaps but, so far, I have no reason to doubt the honesty and integrity of the great guys at VFU. Should my experience change over the coming months, I will update this review, but in the meantime I couldn't be happier with my experience with them.

I cannot fault the service offered by this dealership. They were patient and understanding and guided me through the entire process, giving me fair and honest assessment of the vehicle I was trading in. Their communication was perfect throughout and they followed through on every promise made. As for the vehicle I could not be happier - it was the exact model I was after and had been prepared to a high standard - emasculate inside and out. Recently bought a used Focus from these guys and its been a pleasure from the off. I was worried I wouldn't get to see the car by the time I was off so Clive said I could leave a deposit and if I changed my mind once I'd seen it he would refund me. I went onto purchase the car but had no pushy salesman trying to force the deal. Noticed a couple of minor issues a couple of days later and they would have sorted straight away if it wasn't for me working but as soon as I got there they went above and beyond what was needed. Wouldn't hesitate looking here first the next time I'm looking for a car and would recommend them to all my friends and family.

We had a wonderful experience in purchasing a used Volkswagen golf from Clive at VFU Car Sales. Clive let myself and my wife drive the car in the local area as long as we wanted and was not pushy one bit. After agreeing the price the finance was arranged almost instantly with monthly instalments that suited our budget. I’ve bought 2 cars for family members from VFU cars in the past year and another member of my family also bought a car from them. Each time the customer service has been friendly and honest. The first car we purchased a year ago has passed its MOT without any advisory’s this year. It’s been a good little runner. Car I’ve purchased today is a rare find genuine one owner from new low mileage car. The customer service has been above and beyond. I explained the circumstances of the person it was for and nothing was to much trouble for Lee. I would highly recommend this company. A used car is what it is but these guys will make it the best of what it can be at a very reasonable price. NB on neither occasions have I part ex a car so have no experience of that.

When people tell you they like to go above and beyond for their customers you don't always believe them but Ben at VFU cars definitely did. I came in to find a more family friendly car due to being 8 1/2 months pregnant. Found the car I liked and my partner took it out for a test drive and everything was perfect. Ben agreed to fix the few little things we picked up on and I was more than happy with the service we received. So I put a deposit on the car and me and my partner left to drive home. We made it about 10 minutes down the road before my suspension in my car broke meaning we were stranded on the side of the road waiting for the AA who said they could be up to 2 hours! Now being heavily pregnant I did not want to wait that long. So I called Ben at VFU cars and asked if there was any chance anyone could come pick me up. And of course Ben didn't hesitate to come and get me and i drank tea in his office waiting for my partner. Cannot wait to collect my new car next week!

I bought a 9 year old car, there were going to be little things to sort out. Everything got fixed as promised, and they went the extra mile to make my car buying experience a positive and good one. Nothing bad to say at all. Very helpful and friendly. I went for a test drive and reported an issue, it was fixed with no hesitation as quick as they could, in a local garage. Even after I bought the car they fixed another small problem for me, on the same day. All at no extra cost. I was offered very reasonable part exchange on my old car. The car we originally saw on-line had gone by the time we got there, so they took our details and called me a couple of days later with another better car which we are very happy with. They offered to change the wheels to ones we preferred and gave it an MOT. The day we picked it up it was raining off and on, but they had wiped off the car twice to make sure it looked nice for us! Couldn't ask for more and would highly recommend them.
